Located in the North Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia, the Buckhead Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Residences will be a newly constructed, 34 story high-rise building compromised of approximately 53 luxury residences and a 256 key luxury hotel. Through its extensive amenity offerings, carefully considered materiality and detailing, and elegant modern presence on the Buckhead skyline, the project is targeted to be Atlanta’s premier hotel and residential address.

The project is sited alongside existing buildings, and will interface with existing project’s structured parking garage (portions of the new build extend within and above the garage). The new tower and existing tower will be fronted by a 0.8 acre newly lanscaped plaza, interfacing directly with Peachtree Road and leading seamlessly into the interior spaces at the tower base.

Level 1 of the design for the new tower is centered around a grand hotel lobby, which will be amenitized and finished to level befitting a high luxury hotel. This space leads visitors to check-in functions, podium shuttle elevators serving hotel amenity levels, hotel shuttle elevators serving all public hotel levels, a hotel bar, and a hotel restaurant.

Other hotel amenity functions include a 4,500 sf signature restuarant at level 3; spa, fitness center, and outdoor pool deck at level 6; a large conference center at level 7, including two expansive ballrooms; and a 7,500 sf outdoor wedding terrace at level 8. Hotel rooms and suites are distributed across levels 8 through 19, with the top of these also including a club lounge.

Levels 21-26 hold 7 residential units per floor plate, ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 sf per unit. Levels 27-29 consist of 3 oversized units per floor plate. Levels 30 and 31 together contain 4 two-story premier penthouses that overlook the ‘city in the forest’. Luxury residential units range from 1,000 to 3,000 SF. The tower is topped with a residential amenity floor at level 32, including a fitness center, club room, and expansive outdoor pool deck.
